While I haven’t had the pleasure of being on the table under Jen’s hands, Jamie Snider certainly knows his stuff and is willing to do everything it takes to help your body function its best. Using a combination of some of the best devices for physical therapy in combination with registered massage therapy, he was able to deftly work through all my trigger points and loosen up my tight shoulders. Both therapists are very interested in keeping you healthy so they give you a folder of detailed descriptions of stretches they recommend for your specific needs. I’ve been doing them religiously since my appointment and have found that it is helping me with my overall performance by keeping my shoulders and upper back more limber. I highly recommend their practice if you’re looking for someone who is willing to do everything that is required to help you in the short and long term.
