Normally if a place has poor service or has poor food, I would just ignore it in the future and move on but I have never in my life had a dining experience like the one I had at the Spaghetti House. I ordered MEAT ravioli. When my food came out, I was not pleased to see that I had been given CHEESE tortellini. I informed the waiter, who consulted with the chef within earshot, and I overheard him say«what’s their problem?!» The waiter returned to me and said«it’s the same thing». **No, a giant plate of cheese and pasta is not the same thing as a meat pasta.** The waiter asked me if I wanted it, I said I did not. He did not offer me a replacement, or another chance to order new food. He was careful, however, to include the cost of my salad in the bill. Fair enough — but anyone in the service industry knows you don’t let a guest leave hungry. The kicker here was that the chef who had rudely accused me of «having a problem» in earshot actually came out to visit the table next to ours. He did not stop, apologize or even acknowledge my table. Never in my life have I been treated so disrespectfully as a customer, and I will never return to this restaurant. These people have a lot to learn about Italian food, and customer service.

We were visiting cousins and this was their choice for dinner. Apparently the wait time is quite long on the weekends, but we were seated right away on a Sunday night. The server brought fresh hot bread when she came to take our order. I had the soup of the day, a potato and leak soup while my wife ordered the garlic Caesar salad which she loved. Both of us decided on the baked manicotti for our main dish. It was delicious. Service was good. It is a nice place to eat a casual meal.
