Hip Hop Nails

Went for an acrylic nails appointment and the lady gave me SO many cuts while she was using the nail drill (which became even more evident when I washed my hands since the cuts would burn). At that point, I was ready to get up and go to another location but I sucked it up for the sake of my nail date. The lady offered me a free nail design when she realized she f*cked up (lol really?) but I politely declined because she said she would only do a simple one (french tip was apparently too much to ask for in exchange for her unprofessionalism). My hands burned for days after that (any time I would wash them or apply too much pressure on them) and I was just about ready to pull off my nails and bandaid up all my fingers. Needless to say, I did not tip and I would never return! :)

Worse salon in Pickering. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. I got a manicure and not only did they come out looking like crap but they charged me an extra $ 2 to cut my nails. I cannot believe that. Since when doesn’t a manicure come with a nail trim??? Such a rip off. I wouldn’t go back here no matter how desperate I am to get my nails done. I could have done a better job then this joke place. Then when I ask for the price they speak to eachother in their language and make up a price that’s not even set. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Their overpriced for absolutely no reason. And the owners son runs around the place causing such a ruckus and keeps bugging his mom as she’s in the middle of dealing with a client. I’m so upset that I stepped foot in this nail salon!

They are the worse place to do nails, I went to do my nails yesterday and they did such an awful job that I have to go somewhere today to fix it.

I go here regularly and I am in the medical field. I’ve seen the ladies clean and soak with bleach and chemicals used in the hospital. They have renovated and are bey clean. I see the same girl and she knows how to treat clients! Unfortunately she is on maternity leave now however I still go there and see the owner.

I only go here if I absolutely have to. I wouldn’t ever get anything but a manicure here. I wouldn’t feel safe getting any waxing or anything done here.
The staff barely speaks english. Once I was getting a manicure and the woman offered to give me a free little design on my nails, and I said sure. Then when I went to go pay they charged me $ 5 extra dollars for this shitty little nail design on one nail. I was pissed. I haven’t gone back since.
They always make you wait so long too.
