Pickering Appliance

One of the most un-​professional companies I have ever dealt with. When you call them they make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them. Ordered a replacement part for a Power Wheels ride-​on toy and had issues with delivery. Had to keep chasing them for info. They then informed me that I would be shipped a replacement for the lost part. The first time I called to follow-​up was told it would be sent that day. Following day was told they weren’t sure if it was shipped but would ship it that day. Next day was told that it was actually back-​ordered. Told them that since the part was paid for 2 weeks back and I still hadn’t received anything I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. Was told that I was being unreasonable and wasn’t willing to refund my money, then proceeded to hang up on me.

My cuisinart hand blender started making some crazy sounds recently, not knowing what to do and thinking that I’m going to need a new one I decided to keep using it until it dies, but then I thought of looking online to see if other people were having the same problem as me and it turns out that they were.
So the solution was to start using WD40 when you hear crazy sounds to re-​grease the parts, unfortunately it was too late for mine. So I started to look for parts, because the motor was fine it was just the barel assembly that needed to be changed.
I looked hard to try to find a place that carried parts or would at least order it in for me, and to my surprise I came across these guys and they were close to where I live, so I drove by with the intension of ordering the part I needed and maybe pick it up next week or a couple of weeks from now, but they had it in stock!
So if you are having problems with your appliances, call these guys to see if they can give you some pointers or suggest you parts that should be replaced.
They are very helpful and open on Saturdays they aren’t open on Sundays.
