We recently went on a trip to Europe for a quick tour after our daughter finished a job in Vienna.
My intention was to make the arrangements myself using a variety of online travel sites. I wasn’t able to arrange a return flight matching our daughter’s routing via any of the online systems, so as a last resort we contacted PM Travel. Georgina was able to contact the airline directly and arranged for us to return on the routing we wanted.
Even though we had booked most of the arrangements ourselves, Georgina (and Pietro on her days off) took care of any arrangements we needed to be looked after during our trip. Georgina was very friendly, and had quite a bit of helpful advice about the trip.
At one point, I wasn’t able to do a web checkin, so during a brief period of internet access I sent an email asking them to try do the seat selection. When we arrived at the airport several hours later, sure enough, it had been looked after and I had an email from Pietro — who was covering for Georgina on her day off.
I think if I had it to do again (hopefully we will someday), I’d involve PM travel at the beginning — they seem fine with me making some of the arrangements myself if it can save money.
