Service here is spectacular, and they truly take care of their customers. On my last visit, when I got my keys came out and noticed my car hadn’t been washed or vacuumed (incl. free with oil change service); went in to ask about it and the agent on the desk was mortified. I responded «it’s okay». His response? «No it definitely isn’t. I’m so sorry. We will fix this right away». That’s the hallmark of great service. Recognizing and owning a miss even when the customer doesn’t see it as a big issue. To be honest going here is more of a hassle than mr. lube and the other quick-​service guys, but I will still do it every time (millennial speaking btw) because the service and quality can’t be beat. And in all honestly, the pricing is pretty competitive because they don’t try and stick me with upgrades and services I don’t need.
Another example: a month after I moved to BC from ON was trying to remove my old ON plates to put on my new BC ones. Back screws were rusted solid onto it. Tried everything I could to get them of with no luck, and mangled them pretty bad in the process. Raised the white flag and brought it in to West Coast. Told me it would be about $ 40 for the labour; and about 20min understandable. Took nearly an hr, because after that first 20 the rep came and told me it was worse than they had thought and had to take off part of the door panel. Might cost as much as $ 150. Finally, it’s done, rep walks me out to me car, tells me welcome to BC, we put your new plate on and a west coast Mazda plate cover. Can’t do a car wash because there’s a water restriction but here’s a coupon to come back when it’s lifted. Also, no charge. Looking forward to having you as a customer.
Needless to say, they’ve hooked me with that level of service.
Can’t say enough good things about the service team at West Coast Mazda.

The service department is friendly but very busy! Jose, Radford and team try their best to make sure everyone is taken care of. Any issues or oversights that I’ve had have been dealt with to my satisfaction. They do try to make it up to you in other ways if you’ve been inconvenienced. All issues with my vehicle are thoroughly explained to me and I trust what they say. I would recommend them.

Very shady service department! I bought my rx8 and wife’s cx5 from them from a salesmen who has left there which was fine… the service department is another thing. Been taking out cars there for service for a long time. I recently traded in my rx8 for a wrx. Well long story short they told my wife she needed her brakes serviced on her fronts and would cost 300+ I told her I had a buddy who could do the front and rears for a quarter of the price. So I took it to my buddy he checked my wife’s brakes and lone behold the front and tears had a lot of meat left on the brake pads and didn’t have to be changed for another 30k plus. As to my surprise I was shocked and pissed that they would tell her that her brakes needed to be changed and didn’t have to be. Safe to safe I’ll be contacting Mazda Canada and informing them of this sketchy tactic by them.

I was well-​treated by Sales representative and Sales manager. It was hassle-​free and from the beginning to the end everything was smooth and sleek without any hidden fees. It was worth travelling all the way from North Vancouver to Pitt Meadows. This dealer and Sales rep in particular are highly recommended. I would definitely come back. The staff at West Coast Mazda should teach a lesson to all the other Mazda dealerships out there! Had serious issues with another dealer and brought my car to this dealer, as a last ditch effort to get some product rectification. The staff including Management went over and above to help me out! Saved me thousands of dollars on service. I was treated with respect and honesty. Will never go to another Mazda dealer again! Thanks West Coast!
