Blend Bubble Tea

I wanted to like this place because it was so close to my house, I even bought a mason jar thinking I would come back over and over.
Initial impression of the place was it seemed nice, clean, and I expected big flavors out of the list they had.
I got the roasted oolong milk tea with vanilla bean infused pearls. Unfortunately, it was premixed so I wasn’t able to choose my mix, whether it was soy, almond, etc. I had to stick with the homo milk. Too bad they didn’t have skim or 1% as homo milk is a little too creamy for me. I got it with 50% sweetness and without the half n half.
I would give the taste ⁴⁄₁₀ as the tea flavor wasn’t strong at all. I got a hint of it with mostly creamy milk. I am a big tea drinker because my profession is based around tea. The fact that this «roasted oolong tea» wasn’t very strong with the usual smoky nutty flavors you normally get from oolong was disappointing.
The pearls were decent, I got some tastes of vanilla bean but not a whole lot.
Would I come back? I am not sure. I did buy a mason jar…
Maybe if they change up their way of doing things I would.
Also, make a note Blend Bubble tea. other shops use REAL fruits and flavors, not powders. Powders leave a nasty aftertaste.
Fix this and I will for sure come back…

This place is genius. Takes a new and modern spin on your good ol’ bubble tea. If only there were locations in East Vancouver or closer to where I live to fulfil my new found addiction with this place. Genuine staff and diverse and delicious selection. Carry on!

This is one of my absolute favourite bubble tea places. It’s nice and close to home. I love the interior design and the whole mason jar thing. I think it’s great that they’re offering mason jars to reduce the use of plastic cups. Keep up the good work. Definitely recommend this place!

Great selection of Specialty drinks in a relaxing and modern atmosphere. Service is efficient and owners are so friendly and detailed in their work! Tried the Kit Kat specialty blend and absolutely loved it! Full of chocolate flavor and perfect to drink on a warm day! Also was amazed by the popping pearls as they melt in your mouth right away.
A great place to either get together with friends for a game of Jenga or to have late night study sessions as it is open till Midnight.
Definitely visiting this place on a weekly basis. A Must Try for sure!

Finally something open until midnight in PoCo that you can sit and chat with friends that’s not a bar. And, it’s bubble tea… yeah. There is lots of selection and ways to customize your bubble tea. I really like the fresh fruit smoothies.
The outside of the building is a bit run down but the inside is nice, clean and modern. The location is a bit hidden from the road. They should get a more noticeable sign to put out on the road.

Love the fact that this new bubble tea place in PoCo is open until midnight! An even more special fact about this bubble tea place is that it’s the only one of its kind in Port Coquitlam! They have a big menu that will please everyone — I had a strawberry slushee with real strawberry bits, my husband got a banana smoothie with lychee jelly, my sister in law had a fresh fruit strawberry smoothie with no sugar added, and my other sister in law had a coconut smoothie with passion fruit popping pearls, and my brother had a raspberry mango slushie with coconut jelly…
*the only thing that I don’t like is they have plastic cups and no recycling stations… You can buy a mason jar which is a great idea, but I’m not sure that many people will care enough about the environment to buy one. I hope they start recycling all of the plastic cups they use here! I feel guilty throwing them out…
Some other cool facts — they have jenga, cards and board games for guests to play as well as free wifi. I really like this place — it’s clean and big with tons of tables… they have other drinks like tea and coffee as well. They just need better signage so customers know this place exists! Really hope it lasts!

Just dropped by this new bubble tea spot in Port Coquitlam! Glad to see something open late night (midnight)! Service was from the owners & it was quick and efficient. Menu had good variety & the slushy was good!
Good to see something open up late night and the space was detailed with JENGA and cards if needed for a late night game or two.

I’m so glad that they opened a bubble tea place near where I live. I had the coconut smoothie with the jelly pearls for the first time, I really liked it.
They have various options to chose from. My daughter who is really picky also enjoyed the drink with me.
It is a nice little cozy place, there are enough tables and chairs for people to sit and enjoy their bubble tea. I will definitively go back there with my family for more drinks.
I can’t wait to try almost everything on the menu. I hope they’ll be in business for a long time, it is an awesome place to hang out.

Was very happy to see a bubble tea place finally open up in Port Coquitlam — not to mention one with so many unique options. I love the peach popping pearls in my iced teas and the specialty blends with oreo. A diamond in the rough of some of the older shops nearby. Perfect place to hang out with friends and there’s free wi-​fi for those long study days! 100% recommend.
