Custom Air Conditioning

came to my company to fix a roof top unit. spent half a day on it. didnt fix the problem. left and said he had ordered parts because the control board was fried. i said ok. didnt get the feeling he knew what he was talking about. called a friend over the next day (saturday) to have a look who is an electrician. he found a blown fuse on the control board in less than ½hr. we replaced the fuse and like magic the air conditioning fired right up and has yet to fail again. i called to complain. spoke to a man named peter. he was talking all sorts of technical mumbo jumbo in a very condescending way as if i was stupid for letting an electrician touch the equipment. in the end he basically said the tech was just doing his job and i would be required to pay the bill for the time the tech spent there but he wouldnt charge my for the new board (that was never installed anyways)… thanks for not charging me for something that was never replaced anyways. idiot. i for sure will NOT be paying my bill. take me to court if you want. should make people pay upfront if this shady company is going to try and rip people off. never again will i call custom air heads. they must smoke pot at their office or something
