We’ve been coming to this location since it opened in the spring. It’s clean with plenty of seats. The staff is very friendly and helps all the«rookies» figure out how to get their froyo. It has about 12 – 14 different flavours to choose from and they change once in awhile. I’m just worried about their location as it’s away from the beaten track. I hope it stays in PoCo as I don’t like the location in Suter Brook in Port Moody.

Great service, delicious treat and fun experience! My girls and I had a great time and we have been back almost every week since our first try. We are officially addicted to menchie’s!!!

Nice to have a Menchie’s in Fremont Village! This is one of the nicer ones I have been too with a large outdoor area. Hopefully they add some more tables outside. Friendly staff and nice flavour choices for the opening

This was my first experience at this chain frozen yogurt place. I had been to a similar place in vegas and you pay $ 5 to buy the cup and then whatever you can get in the cup is yours to keep. This place goes by weight $ 2.25 per 100g, I went light on stuff because I really wasn’t sure what it would cost, so I didn’t like that at all. There were other customers and it seemed to be a steady stream of people but not too busy. However there was a mom with two children, the children were really going to town. They had their hands in at least 7 bins grabbing handfuls then putting back. Thankfully I was already done but I could see other customers taking notice. Although the girl working didn’t. I did not enjoy my 1st time experience, we walked in and nobody greeted us or even explained how it works. We just kinda went with it. I gave it 3 stars only because I liked the location and the frozen yogurt was delicious. It lost 2 stars because I think it’s over priced and the Reese pieces are clearly old(they have that white dust and are chopped and wierd looking). Also I didn’t feel the service was good and they need to control kids from putting hands in bins. I don’t think I would likely return, and I think this place won’t last long… but you never know!
