Ming & Sing Chinese Express

I like this place, for westernized chinese food. They will have your favorites, done the way you like. Sweet and saur pork, ginger beef, noodles, egg rolls etc. They also have a few of their own creations, that you don’t find at similar places, like eggplant and tofu. Alot of their dishes are cooked when you order, so you know they are fresh. Just know, this isn’t fine dining, it’s quick western chinese.
Ambiance is nice, service is good and friendly.

The dishes always seem hot AND fresh… They always offer to make us new dishes if we see something we want but it’s all gone from the bin! I love the sesame chicken best!!! It’s always excellent and still hot by the time I get it home. NOM NOM! The ONLY reason I’m not giving this business ALL 5 stars is because of their use of styrofoam… Very SAD. They DO have a paper box option that seems small, but I’m always stuffed after eating this seemingly small portion! So it’s really the RIGHT amount for one person. :)
It fits one entrée and a side of rice or chow mien … The price is about $ 9 for the single box option… Not bad for a full and happy tummy. On a negative note… The only negative note… BUT Considering this business is located in the new Fremont Village neighbourhood in POCO; on the edge of the new GREEN mosaic home development… I’m actually EXTREMELY disappointed that they chose to use ANY styrofoam. It’s 2016 and we should be doing better. This is a missed opportunity for Ming and Sing to be a fore runner in the fight against trash that will NEVER break down in our landfills. EVER. Styrofoam IS evil. It’s not too late to make the switch to a biodegradable option MING AND SING!!!

Tasty, quick and economical for one or the whole family. We found them by accident and have been back a few times in the last week or two.
Staff are always friendly, food is fresh and made to order quickly when it’s not ready.
A great spot for those of us on the go wanting something in a hurry that isn’t a drive thru!

Like food court food…
