No matter which location you go to, they’ve got the best customer service – why? All of their staff are runners! That makes it a lot easier to be helpful and passionate.
It’s one of their bigger stores.
Saw some very reasonable duffel bags on the left side, for $ 60, a few compartments for smelly socks/​shoes.
Water station in the back.
Their run/​jog programs are Wed 6pm and Sun 8:30am.
Located in a real big plaza.

My hubby and I stopped by this store to get some new running shoes– I’ve heard really great things about how they fit you for the shoes etc. When we went in the store we were greeted immediately and an older women spent a lot of time with us (patient enough to let us try on about 5 pairs each).
Definitely an experience, much more in depth than your typical sport mart or foot locker experience. They watch you closely, while you walk in the shoes. Your balance and the way it fits on your foot.
Have taken the shoes out running and there is quite an obvious difference between the last pair I bought and the Running Room fitting ones. I do not get shin splints anymore, my back doesn’t hurt after standing for a long time while I am wearing them.
All in for 2 pairs of shoes I think we spend about 3 bills with tax. But its the best 300 I have spend in a very long time. I’m also working out a lot more as I feel like I have much more support.

I love this location. The staff are so warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I’m in the process of losing a lot of weight and I find I get treated differently when I go shopping for athletic gear. I have never experienced that at this location. They give me the same service as any other customer. They take the time to fit me properly and they’re more than willing to answer questions and discuss training.

I love the Running Room’s hands on service and the expertise and enthusiasm of their staff. This location certainly lives up to the chain’s name in providing friendly service and great support for all of my running needs. They have a wide selection of merchandise (considering the size of the store) and if they don’t have something you’re after, they’ll have it shipped from another location and give you a call when it shows up.
On top of the general great experience that The Running Room offers, this location has an amazing manager in Shirley. She sends out informative weekly store updates and tirelessly seeks out running group leaders and clinic organizers. She always has a smile and an encouraging word for us before we head out for group runs, and often organizes impromptu coffee or hot chocolate gatherings post-​run.

I’m not a runner but hey one never knows, perhaps in the future I will be a runner and will be frequenting the running room more often. I came here to exchange a running coat that my sister bought me for christmas. It was her way of motivating me to stay healthy in 2012. The jacket was too big so I had to take it in and exchange it for a smaller one. The store is great, well organized and the staff were friendly and helpful. If I need more running gear in the future, I will be back.
FYI — Their jackets are unisex and sizes are in mens.
