History
Established in 2012.
After completing my training and qualifications through Douglas College, Carson Dunlop Weldon Consulting Engineers and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors I obtained my Home Inspectors License through Consumer Protection BC in February 2012
This training combined with thirty years experience in building has given me the knowledge, skills and qualifications to provide a high level of service in home inspection, commericial property inspection and New Home Warranty Inspection.

Francis L.
Business Owner
Francis Lemieux is a licensed Home Inspector and Journeyman trades person with more than three decades industry experience.
As former Technical Representative for one of the four Home Warranty Providers in British Columbia, I have performed more than 2500 new home inspections for both multi-family and single family projects. These inspections are performed to monitor quality at all stages of construction from foundation to finish. Inspections are also performed as technical assessments during the claims process.
My experience in New Home Warranty inspection has provided me with specialized skills and knowledge relating to the Homeowner Protection Act and Regulations, the claims process, current building practices and industry standards.
