J Congram Furniture Refinishing specializes in furniture refinishing, furniture stripping, and repairs. In addition to our consumer furniture refinishing services we also offer commercial spray booth services. This includes custom wood finishing, staining and clear coating, as well as almost any other custom finishing needs. Beyond simply stripping and refinishing we also have the equipment and knowledge to do the difficult repairs, these include reconstructing missing woodwork or adding to existing furniture when needed.

J Congram Furniture Refinishing is an owner operator business that has proudly worked out of it’s Port Moody Coquitlam area work shop for over 10 years. Our company combines 20 years of custom woodwork, design, and furniture refinishing experience to bring a level of expertise seldom seen in the industry. Beyond Port Moody and Coquitlam we also serve most of the Greater Vancouver area and can often arrange pick up and delivery when needed. Before entering the furniture refinishing trade our shop was designing and building some the cities finest woodwork.

As a small business owner of over 20 years and near life time Port Moody and Coquitlam area resident, I have developed a passion for our community, and the people within it. When not refinishing furniture I can often be found hiking our province back country, and seeking other new adventures. Before entering the furniture refinishing business I operated and continue to operate a small custom woodworking shop. The skills I learned doing so have proven invaluable in my refinishing business, and has allowed our company to achieve a level of perfection and customer satisfaction that is hard to match.
