I got very friendly service from a lady clerk last week. I bought Italian hot and mild sausages which were yummy and used fennel seeds. Growing up in an Italian household making our own sausages, I’m pretty picky with store bought ones here in Van area(haven’t found good ones until now). The sausages at Meat Craft were made very well and had great flavour. I’d eat those over any grocery stores’s Italian sausage. Cant wait to try their lamb! Try this place, good butcher shops are needed and glad they opened near my home.

Their bacon wrapped cheese is amazing. Probably not the healthiest thing to eat on a regular basis, but well worth the indulgence.

This freshly opened gem in Port Moody is driving me crazy… Because I can’t keep myself away! The selection of meats is fantastic(try the wild boar bacon! Worth every penny). Speaking of pennies, you won’t lose too many while shopping here. The prices are beyond reasonable(I’ve spent consistently less than I would have in a grocery store, for meat that’s much higher quality). The last bit to note, and the part that really earns the fifth star here is their service. All of the staff are not only knowledgable, but friendly and engaging. The shop just opened a few weeks ago, but it seems like every time I visit they have more products(cheeses, eggs, raw dog food, olive oils, balsamic vinegars, crackers, seasonings… And those darn pepperoni sticks at the check-out that are going to make me fat… er). Definitely worth the drive!(Free parking in the back even!)
