Wow, how can you not like this Starbucks? First of all, no issues with the service. I was in and out in a matter of minutes — I did trip up the barista by asking if they had pumpkin spice in April. I forget that not everyone is hiding a bottle especially for me(as is the case with my favorite Starbucks in Cali). Secondly, this place had some really hot guys the last time I visited. I mean really hot. My sister is single, I’m not and I’m the one who notices? Seriously. I guess parking could be a problem if you want in and out really fast. Otherwise, a solid location!

Go to this Starbucks if you like being told a) you can’t have the drink you want, and b) we’re not giving you options on what drink may be closest to what you want, and c) you can be on your way, empty-handed, when the reason you went in the first place was to give them business. God knows how much I love most of the baristas at this location, but after making a customer service complaint back in August for which I never got a response from even their store manager about horrific barista manners, I’m going to JJ Bean Coffee across the street.(complained through 2 different channels with my contact information… yeah, that was how appalled I was!) So disappointed with this location.

As far as Starbucks go, I find this location a bit meh. Their service is middle of the road and the staff aren’t as fun and sociable as the other two locations I frequent on the regular. The coffee is certainly always fresh and warm though, so it definitely meets my minimum expectations for this chain.

Everytime I’ve been, the barristas have always been super friendly and helpful with suggesting new flavours.
