Thorough Clean

Disappointed! Inconsistent! I was really hopeful this would work out. All correspondence was extremely pleasant and cordial. Unfortunately, the staff was super late twice, which is really inconvenient with a newborn at home. Also, one of the cleaners told me I needed to come downstairs and pay for her parking. Since I was buzzing her in remote, I told her I left money for parking on the counter (with a substantial tip, btw) — she responded, «that’s fine, but we’ll need to talk about it.» I should have terminated services after that visit, but I was please with the cleaning services. Unfortunately, the last cleaning service I received was extremely poor. Items were not dusted, there were smudges on mirrors, and it seems like crumbs from the toaster were shaken all over the counter. Lastly, I did not like that someone different was cleaning my house each time they arrived. For the price, I expected more.
