Blueridge warmblood’s facility features:

— 70′ x 210′ indoor riding arena

— 80′ x 220′ outdoor riding arena

— 60′ round pen with 6′ high panels

— Six 12′ x 12′ box stalls and two 10′ x 12′ box stalls

— Wash rack with hot water

— Rubber matted grooming area

— Heated viewing lounge and tack room

— Clean modern bathroom

— Heated feed and blanket storage room

— Winter paddocks with drainage in high traffic areas to reduce mud

— Large well maintained summer pastures

— Safe well maintained fencing

Full indoor board is offered and includes daily stall cleaning, group or individual turnout, 4 hay feedings and 2 grain feedings a day.

History

Established in 2012.

Premium Horse Boarding and Training established in 2012. Sara Alberni is a Equine Canada Level 1 coach. Sara has been teaching riding lessons and training horses professionally since 2003. She has taught everything from tiny tots on ponies to accomplished dressage riders and have even had a student win the 4 year old division at the B.C. Provincial Dressage Championships. In addition to her experiences as a dressage rider and coach, she has worked as a veterinary assistant to a prominent equine vet and even as a hot walker at Hastings Racecourse! She has also spent time volunteering at Pony Pals Therapeutic Riding Association, working with children with Down’s Syndrome and cerebral palsy.

In 2012 she purchased and build Blueridge Warmbloods hor boarding and riding. Building the areas foremost dressage training and riding facility.
