This is just an excellent field house and wellness centre for Red Deer. The facilities are extensive: pool, gym, field house, soccer pavilion, running track and even a climbing wall. The centre offers pretty much any class or program that you can think of. Best of all the facility is entirely family friendly: the pool complex has a waterpark for the kids and programs run for all ages. In the summer, there is plenty of outdoor field space as well. It certainly is a boon for the whole city to have a facility like this.
