Mikasa Performance

This place gets zero stars for numerous reasons. I’ve been taking my BMW to this so called mechanic shop for a few months. Not only does it cost over $ 200 for a simple oil change that I now do myself, but Jolynn the receptionist is awfully rude and overly assertive, she pretends to know what she’s talking about when all she does is read the invoice and they refuse to listen to what the customer wants. The mechanic that worked on my car must have scanned the car wrong because he put the O2 sensors on the downpipes in the wrong spots and then said nothing came up when they scanned the car, after getting a second opinion they found an oil leak, the O2 sensors were actually broken due to mikasa mishandling them and they let my car leave the shop with 3 cylinders misfiring and it was VERY clear with how the car was SHAKING while idling. Very pissed off at this place, I rarely write reviews on places but this had to be done. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!
