When I’m looking for gifts for family/friends, I usually find myself visiting this store. The staff are great and it is a larger store than the one at Highway 7/Weston Rd. Furnture styles trend towards a more Victorian style, but some of their accessories are great. Their seasonal stuff(Christmas stuff) is fantastic when on sale.

The company has trick sale advertisement. Recently I bought a piece of furniture that I had spent lots of time sizing, reviewing style, ad and finally viewed the sign attached to the piece itself. But once at the register, I was charged yet another $ 50 for«glass insert» instead of wood. I actually took photos of the piece being presented at the store that included the glass with the sign attached to it. The sign did not mention a single word about the extra charge. I spoke to the store manager and he simply said he has nothing to do with this and it’s company policy! The issue is not the money as I paid the extra amount since I had spent so much time on the decision of a $ 1800 piece but rather the false advertisement and the bad reaction of the sales team. I find it rather unprofessional. Will never shop at this company again.

I might not be a fan of Bombay & Co’s style furniture but I have to admit that this location has the most helpful and friendly staff. The layout of the store is spacious compare to others locations I have been to, as I did not bump into any furniture on display at all. Staff came and checked on us and eager to help us and make any suggestion. Almost the whole store is on sale so maybe not be a big idea to pick up some small accessories and home deco as gifts. I would definitely return.
