Located inside the Richmond Heights Plaza, this is one of the newest (I think?) Factory Direct locations in the GTA.
In terms of organization, this is definitely one of the better ones. The aisles are neatly organized and you don’t see a place where they just seem to dump everything (I’m looking at you, Scarborough…). The employees were about what you expect (not very knowledgeable about their products), but the manager is definitely one of the more informed ones in terms of product knowledge.
Despite the size, this place wasn’t very busy when we arrived, which meant service was quite good. I wouldn’t mind coming back here at a busier time just to see how this store handles heavy loads.
