Ive gone here twice, and they are SO over priced for what they produce. Honestly the only reason I’ve gone here is because my usual place was booked solid and i was desperate. they charge $ 45 for a FILLING. my usual place charges $ 25 its ridiculous. The second time i went a guy named john did my nails and it was the sloppiest job I’ve ever seen, i hate my nails so much(WHICH I PAID $ 45ON) that I’m going to a different salon tomorrow to change them. I am NEVER going here again. I’ve spent $ 100 just for two fillings, and both times they were horrible. G-nails the next plaza over is amazing though. Cheap prices for an amazing job.

I am here from Chicago to attend wedding and I didn’t think any one could beat quality of mani-padi like we have in U.S. Sure this place was even better, totally professional… MARY was the best, she was so thorough and articulate. The place is very clean, plenty of staff and very reasonable rates. I come to Toronto a lot, I am glad I found a place to take care of my nails and waxing Only surprise I had was taxes, which may be all Canadians are aware of but they should write on the board which is another 13% I think

By far the worst nail spa I have ever been to. They look clean and professional from the outside which is why I have made the mistake of giving them three chances to get it right. But never again! On my first visit they«forgot» to mention a bunch of extra fees until I was at the cash register. When I confronted the lady at cash she was extremely rude and careless. The owner did not even step in to say a word. I thought if I get anyone but that lady I should be okay, so I went back and this time I got a very sloppy job done. She cut me twice(keep in mind that unlike other nail places this one does not keep your own tools for you!) and my Shellac that usually lasts me minimum 2 weeks peeled away in 4 days!!! Garbage quality of material and garbage customer service. The very last time I will ever step food in that business I had an appointment at a certain time and rushed to get there exactly on time. The owner looks at me dead in the face and says you can sit down for about 20 – 30 minutes she’ll be with you. I told her I didn’t have that much time and I got an apt ahead of time for this reason. She’s like well there’s nothing I can do she changed her mind and got another client instead of you so it’ll take longer now. This was the owner! I was speaking to her very calmly and trying to explain that my time should be valued but all I got in return was a shrug and no eye contact. I left that place and will never return. I suggest anyone who reads this doesn’t either. On a brighter note; if you are looking for a great nail place visit Lena’s Nail Salon in center point mall. Iv been going there for years and they are amazing. If they had time today I would have never been forced to go to bonsai in the first place! And They have the worst customer se

If you want your natural healthy nails to look like you just removed acrylic/nails after having them for 20 years then this is the place!!! I usually have a place that I go to but my girl went back home until September so I had to find another place. This place is close to work and home but they have zero concept of what nail care is. They used a rough nail file(the one you would use on fake nails) on healthy natural nail. After I told her that I dont think it’s a good idea, she looked at me like I didnt know what I was talking about. On the third day my nails didnt just break or chip, they came off the nail bad. I am lucky enough that I dont do alot of cleaning and cooking so the manicure should have lasted longer then this. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Just another nail factory!!! Oh! and a manicure is $ 18(dont care if you pay cash).

What a shame. The lady who is the owner is very nice and welcoming and offers you a drink while u wait for her RUDE staff to do your nails. 2 young asian girls are very rude and talk openly about you right in your face. I wish I knew her name so I could warn you not to have her do your nails! She does a terrible job and when you ask her to fix something, she gets all huffy and has a really bad attitude and then tells the girl sitting next to her all about it. The two women owners are so nice, but their staff is going to ruin their business. Richmond Hill is very competitive for nail salons and something like this is bound to effect repeat business. I felt so uncomfortable after I left there that I will NEVER return! I spend a lot of money in these places and I am going to spend my money else ware!
