We manufacture fresh gluten-​free desserts and entrees. All the products are fresh, made locally, without fillers, additives or preservatives. Orders are delivered to your door.

History

Established in 2014.

In the winter of 2009, I took a cake decorating course, but having been diagnosed with Celiac disease, and only eating gluten-​free food, I thought I could bake and decorate regular cakes and serve them to my family and friends to enjoy — the creative part was the fun part for me! Then I started to experiment with family recipes, making them gluten free.

I took my cake decorating skills and my gluten-​free lifestyle and developed an array of fabulous desserts that you wouldn’t be able to tell are gluten-​free — desserts and entrees that not only my friends and family would love but, that being Celiac, I could enjoy as well.

But I found that all the gluten-​free products are either frozen or boxed food, but I wanted fresh food, so Gluten Be Gone was established.

Fresh gluten-​free food is delivered to your door. You can stay in your pajamas and enjoy your gluten-​free meal.

I have been baking since I was 12 years old but when I was diagnosed with celiac disease and type 1 diabetes, I had to change my baking to gluten-​free.

The choice of gluten-​free has been primarily frozen or boxed, but I wanted fresh food. Needless to say, gluten-​free food has come a long way in the last 20 years, but I wanted food that tasted as close to ‘normal’ as possible and not be dry and tasteless.

I have taken old family recipes that I used to make and modified them to be gluten-​free. The flour mixes are different for different products, but I think the food tastes as close to ‘normal’ as is humanly possible.

You will receive your order fresh, but if you have extras on hand, all the products freeze beautifully. I hate to admit this, but there have been times when I have eaten the brownies right out of the freezer. You know, the midnight snack!
