Seeing that no one has written a more recent review on this place, i thought i’d give it an update. I driven by this place many times and it looks ok from the outside. I saw it on Groupon and decided to by the 90 min — mani/pedi special. I booked an appointment but that part was difficult to get anything after 5pm on a weekday and their weekends were booked for the next 1.5 months. On the day of, they called me to see if i could come 2 hours early. I advised them that i had to work so they decided to cancel on me that day. We rescheduled for a week later. She reminded me that TIP and tax is extra. The service was poor, i had 2 girls — one doing my manicure and the other doing my pedicure. One of the girls had to have been new since i’m sure i could have done much better painting my nails. it looked so bad that the other more experienced girl took the nail polish off and re-did my pedicure since it was so bad. i didn’t even need to say anything — she took one look at it and said i’ll re-do it for you. The french manicure the more experienced girl did for me was done«free-hand» so the white polish wasn’t even and it looked like a sloppy job. All in all, i think any place would be better than this place. I definitely would NOT recommend this place. The people there doing the mani-pedi’s are not trained or experienced. The whole 90 min mani-pedi turned out to be 40 mins — they said that it was because they had 2 people doing it. Wasn’t worth the groupon. Waste of money and time. CSW

I had a very unfortunate experience, my bridesmaids and I were referred here and we all wanted French Manicures and Pedicures. At first we though the service would be OK but it went down hill as the we were told over and over again that French pedicures look«ugly», even though it was what we wanted and some of the staff were not happy about giving them. Moreover they set us up in a shabby back room where the tubs for soaking your feet were plain buckets lined with plastic bags. One of the staff working on us had misplaced one of her tools and spent 20 min. of our time searching the room looking for it. Not a good sign and we should have left there! We ended up getting the pedicures that we wanted but one of my bridesmaids had a horrible French manicure, the lines weren’t straight, there were specks of white polish where there shouldn’t have been and there were bubbles in the polish and she was told repeatedly that it could be fixed with an extra layer of clear polish, unlikely since there were already a few layers of wet polish on her nails. The staff were not happy that they were told that we were not satisfied with the quality of the work and argued with us that it looked fine. We spoke to the Manager, Linda, who was unresponsive to our requests of at least paying a discount for the poorly done manicure and for the service for taking 3 hours in total when it was supposed to be half that time. I was surprised that the manager would let someone leave with a manicure looking like that, she wouldn’t even let workers remove the polish. In the end we left very unhappy and shocked by the aggressive and bad service. We can live with a bad manicure, but staff that is not ready to provide treatments to customers, argumentative staff and managers that ignore a complaint is just bad customer service.
