I’ve had many services done ie. Cold Laser and Laser Hair Removal at Reflections and I’m incredibly happy with my results. The Cold Laser has transformed and healed my skin. My complexion is more even, it’s smooth and everyone compliments on my glow now. I also find that it’s kept my fine lines at bay. I’ve always battled breakouts and weird bumps on my skin, but ever since I started the cold laser, it’s dramatically improved. It’s such a relaxing treatment too! I used to pay the same amount for facials that didn’t really do much for my skin.
As for the laser hair removal, I couldn’t be happier! It has seriously changed my life. I rarely pick up a razor and if there is growth, they are baby fine hairs that really aren’t noticeable. I did some extensive research with laser machines and hers is an authentic medical grade laser. The best part is that her machine has cold air that blows on your skin during the treatment that makes it comfortable. I find that it’s less painful than waxing. I’ve had friends who went to other places and their hair all grew back and they had way more sessions than I did.
My mom and I, won’t let anyone touch our skin, but Vivian. She’s a wealth of knowledge and is the sweetest, kindest and most honest person you’ll ever meet. She’ll tell you the truth if you don’t need a service or a body part lasered. I love that she is not one bit pushy and doesn’t use pressure tactics. We love her!

I can’t believe there has not been a post about reflections before. Vivian is such a nice and friendly laser technician and she knows everything there is to know about laser hair removal. I got my legs and underarms done and the results were incredible. I have been to cheaper places before and it ended up costing more in the end because I had to go for so many more sessions to get all my hair removed.
