Meet the Business Owner
Alec P.
Business Owner
I first tried scuba diving in 1958, became certified in 1960, started teaching in 1969 and I’ve dived worldwide actively ever since with no interruptions. According to SSI, I have made approximately 6500 scuba dives. I’ve been all over North America (Florida and California are favorites), the Caribbean, the Maritimes and BC, the Atlantic, the Pacific, the Mediterranean, the Red Sea, the Indian Ocean, Africa and lots of quarries, lakes, rivers and ponds.
I have one of the largest collections of vintage scuba equipment in North America including every 2 hose regulator, every issue of Skin Diver Magazine and dozens of mask, fins, spearguns, gauges, cameras, books and other items dating from the ’50’s on. I also have what is considered the largest collection of Sea Hunt and Lloyd Bridges memorabilia anywhere including every episode of that famous TV series with many on the original film and lots of personal items from Lloyd Bridges himself.
