Loved it!
I have been doing quite a lot of research on where to get a good Brazilian wax and stumbled upon here.
It wasn’t as painful as I thought it was, she made me feel extremely comfortable, and tried to distract me from the pain. I would definitely recommend girls and guys to get their waxing done here.

Amazingggg! I went to her right before my punta Cana trip for a Brazilian first time with sugar wax. I have done waxing in the past but my original girl is all the way downtown now. So I really went in to try it out. She is fantastic!!! Shamiza is so gentle but her technique is amazing and the results are fantastic. So much better than waxing! I’m going to go back to her next week!!! Highly recommended — 5 stars!

AMAAAZING!!! Just like you, last summer I was reading up all the Unilocal reviews I could find. My skin allergies got so bad I had to give up waxing — after 10yrs +, not easy.
I am so happy I took a chance and walked into her doors. Shamiza is super friendly, and genuinely wants to help you — she won’t rest till she sees a smile on her client’s face. Price — VERY reasonable!
I am proud to say my skin is not only doing much better but I have ZERO irritation afterwards — after just a few sessions! Bonus — my hair growth is substantially less and lighter! The change is noticeable right away and only gets better with each session.
Location — I’m reading some people got confused by where to do go, just keep your eyes up for the sign-age and you will surely find the right door, it’s too big of a store front to miss!

It was a little hard locating Sugar Me Spa as it is actually inside MacKenzie Health Center but once I entered the receptionist was quick to direct me to the room. The room is clean, well lit and welcoming (music and TV with looped video of beach sceneries). Shamiza was friendly and welcoming, and kept up a good conversation throughout the hour and fifty minute appointment. Sugar waxing is definitely less painful than traditional waxing, especially for the brazilian wax, and even though hair removal is usually uncomfortable, it was actually relaxing in this case and found myself wanting to doze off because there was hardly any discomfort. I was not aware that Sugar Me Spa only accepts cash payments but Shamiza was accommodating and also accepted email transfer in lieu of cash. Will definitely be returning as a loyal client from now on! If you want to try hair removal, I recommend Sugar Me Spa with no hesitations.

I highly recommend this spa. I tried a regular Brazilian wax before at a different spa but the sugar wax was much better. The skin is smoother and less pain. Shamiza is very friendly and professional. I will go back again for sure!

I too HIGHLY recommend this place. Shamiza has actually moved now to Richmond Hill at Bayview & Major Mackenzie (815 Major Mackenzie Drive East inside the Natural Health Centre) as she was apparently forced out by the town of East Gwillimbury for zoning issues. Anyway, this is very convenient for me as I live just south of Steeles in Toronto. Sugaring is much better than waxing. I’ve been doing Brozilian’s regularly for about one year now and I’ve experienced several waxing treatments, some treatments using a product called Nufree, and twice sugaring. There’s no question sugaring is easily the least painful (and I’m a guy). Shamiza has no qualms about doing brazilians (or brozilians) and is as gentle as can be. She is extremely professional and her prices are surprisingly cheaper than other treatment types. I will definately be a regular at Sugar Me Spa from now on.

I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out (Ladies especially, the brazilians are awesome)! I’ve moved to Toronto, but still drive up to Richmond Hill to see her.
First, Shamiza uses the sugaring technique, which is way better if you have any sensitivities. It only adheres to the hair, so unlike wax, it is a lot less painful. Sugaring also lasts a lot longer because there is less breakage! She is very picky with the products she uses and this particular «sugar» has only 3 ingredients and is all natural!
Second, it is located in a strip mall on Bayview and Yonge, lots of parking. All her certificates are hanging on the wall for your peace of mind (and there are quite a few). I’ve only had the Brazilian twice but we’ve talked about skincare, etc both times and she is very knowledgeable.
Third is the prices! VERY reasonable, honestly she could charge more and I wouldn’t complain. But she doesn’t want to overcharge.
And lastly, she is a very friendly woman. She’s warm and makes you feel right at home! Shamiza also doesn’t overbook so all her attention is on you, AND she’s not pushy about prebooking or products.
Whew! I think I got all my points in there… Nothing negative to say!
