Business Owner
Derek is one of the few Certified Balloon Artists (CBA) in Canada who excels in creating all sorts of things form, you guessed it, balloons! But he is not just your typical balloon guy, nope! Dogs, giraffes, swords, and hats? Sure, not a problem, that stuff won’t even make him break a sweat. But the crème de la crème of what he does are his balloon sculptures, decorations, backdrops and centerpieces just to name a few. His works have popped up at various parties, weddings, craft shows, and numerous events including 2013 Richmond Hill Multicultural Fest, and the Miss Chinese Toronto Pageant 2014.
His passion for his art could also be seen when he placed 4 times in ColorQuest balloon sculpture contests by Balloon Magic the Magazine respectively, and won multiple achievement awards in World Balloon Convention 2014. So you know is not full of hot air!
