Ab-Tech Plumbing & Heating

I am very pleased with the highly professional services rendered by Roland (one of the company’s plumbers) to install three new Water Sense toilets in my house totally in three hours. He was punctual and courteous. The services include replacing a worn tap component of the supply line and identifying the broken flange in the drain of the main floor toilet which was quickly repaired with a repair kit. The functions of the toilets were tested and adjusted for optimal performance before he left. All in all, his service call was provided in a punctual and timely way at a reasonable cost. Half an hour was charged for travel time. All services and procedures were clearly explained to me, including my choice of taking the old toilets to the dump to save myself some cost, which I did since I am a retired person. I am looking forward to having AB-​Tech to provide all my other plumbing services in the upcoming renovation in my bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. No wonder the manager from Paragon Surface Ltd. has highly recommended their service!

We had a clogged toilet at our office in Richmond on a Monday morning and tried calling a few plumbers but no one could come out until at least Wednesday. I left a message for Ab-​Tech and Bruce called me back quickly and was able to have a plumber here first thing Tuesday morning. He fixed our problem, but what stands out is how nice and professional he was — hand shaking, overall friendliness, and concern over making too much noise and disrupting people working. I hope we don’t need to call a plumber again any time soon, but when we do, we will definitely be calling Ab-​Tech.

I had my furnance installed when we moved into our house 4 yrs ago. Bruce and crew are great. Fast and deals well with unusual situations. Very high on being responsive to customer needs. Would recommend very much

I’ve had these guys in my bookmarks since 30/​12/​2009. Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed them yet.
These guys saved my hide in 2009. Our water heater died on the 23^rd of December and they were able to fit us in on Christmas eve.
They did a good clean installation, the owner got the major pieces (¼ turn ball taps) done first, replaced & properly sealed the Y tube that connects the exhaust with the furnace exhaust, the guy who sweated the majority of the copper adjusted the purge valve tube to give us reasonable access to the furnace it runs around (old townhouse with very poorly planned everything), and he also returned within minutes when I noticed a pinhole leak in a pipe. No problems since.
Planning to get these guys back to replace the furnace when I return to Vancouver in a year or so.
HIghly recommended, not because they fit us in on Christmas eve, but because they did the job right and took good care of us. A year and a bit later everything they did is holding up very well.
