At Anna’s Cake House we have been Fusion Baking since 1974: blending European Recipes with Asian Techniques to bring out the best of both worlds! We are one of Vancouver’s few remaining «Bake from Scratch» Bakeries as we make our products fresh each day as opposed to doing larger batches over several days. We also use only Natural Ingredients and avoid artificial colors and flavours whenever possible and we do not cut corners by adding cheap substitutes or fillers into our products.

History
Established in 1974.
Established in 1974 Anna started baking in her brother’s kitchen in the early 70’s when she first immigrated to Canada. In 1974 we opened the doors to our first bakery. To us, baking (and food) has been a passion from day one. We make every single product as if we were going to serve it ourselves or someone in our family.
Now, 40 years later, we still try to maintain the same traditions but with over 50 staff and 4 locations. Anna’s Brother and 2 nephews still work at the bakery to this day and always look forward to meeting our faithful customers whenever they can.
