Courteous, knowledgeable staff provide professional visitor counselling and itinerary planning, accommodation reservations plus attraction, activity and adventure tourism ticketing. We offer bus transportation to Whistler, Seattle and Victoria, sedan and limo services to Whistler and throughout the Lower Mainland, and BC Ferry vouchers. Community information on all areas of BC, maps and other travel-​related retail products are also available.

History

Established in 2001.

Helping visitors create memorable travel experiences in British Columbia, the British Columbia Visitor Centres @ YVR are located on the arrivals level in the International and Domestic Terminal Buildings, Vancouver International Airport.

Meet the Manager

Susan H.

Manager

Susan H, our On-​Site Manager, has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years, working her way through food service, hotel management, cruise ship management and finally… To the BCVC@YVR. After graduating from the University of Victoria, Susan has been privileged to work with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Hyatt Hotels and Holland America Cruise Lines before joining the BCVC family. Susan worked with the Ministry of Tourism to set up the new contract when WestCana took over the contract in 2012, and has been an integral part of the organization ever since.
