Love the spicy chicken. The Herbs chicken is good but they fry it too long? It’s always too dark. Today we had good service. And the chicken was good.

Kinda hard to give any Church’s chicken a big 4 star rating, but this one, being in the nicest part of Richmond’s Terra Nova area, is a nice, clean, bright, corner location in this plaza…
…and the smell of grease is actually better than most: try that one on Fraser/​41st Ave. in Vancouver, you can smell it even driving by!
Been here a few times, & eaten satisfactorily both times.
Nice that they have a mailing list promo going on, though I haven’t won anything yet lol.

the food is very tasty, just what i’ve come to expect from this chain, but drink refills are 70 cents, a total shock after growing accustomed to free refills. the most horrific discovery, and the reason i will not return, is that they do not stock soap in their restrooms. they were not just out of soap– no dispensers were even installed. i found the poster on the wall reminding the reader to «stop the spread of germs» highly amusing.
