We’ve been coming here on occasion for many years. Good food that is served up fast and can accommodate large groups. We always order the seafood pancake, smoked salmon salad, and fried dumplings. These items are on the expensive side, but they’re share sized so can feed several people. The lunch boxes are also very good. As with most Korean restaurants, they serve several small appetizer dishes which is always such a bonus. They give out coupons proportional to your bill that can be applied to your next meal here. Ask for it if they don’t automatically give you one with your receipt. For a family of six, we paid $ 76 before taxes for lunch. It’s pretty steep for lunch so will only come here on occasion.

The japchae was decent, but sweeter than usual tonight. In fact we all thought every thing was sweeter than usual. Japchae 3⁄5 Pork belly 4⁄5 Sauce for pork belly was 3⁄5. Sesame oil sauce with salt tasted sweet and not much sesame flavour. Both sauces were sweeter. Salad was big, but my daughter thought the leaves were cut too small. I liked it. I liked the kale they included this time. Odd there was frozen blueberries. It had raisins the last time. Again I wish I ordered it with dressing on the side. 2.5 /5 Service was good! 4⁄5 Steamed dumplings 3⁄5. These were wrapped differently, I liked it. The pan fried ones for a buck more were probably more flavorful. Side dishes 4⁄5 this they excel at and you can keep asking for more refills. Note kimchee is good here. What’s nice is you can get private rooms for couples or more. #16BBQ combo for one is good. Make sure you have money. It can get pricey if it’s only three of you. Thankfully the son in law paid for dinner. Nice guy!

We’re craving for Korean food for lunch after we shopped at Costco. Unilocal is the best, it help us to get it! We found Dai Jang Kum Korean which the closer Korean restaurant. The dining room and décor was bit outdated and TV was a bit loud. The extensive menu offers many dishes and lunch combo. The service was so slow coz only 1 waiter on the floor. We ordered 3 lunch combos to share, BBQ Beef short ribs were average and a bit chewy, it came only 3 – 4 slices. Tofu soup was ok. Kimchi seafood noodles soup so salty. Bibimbap was good but not outstanding. I would say they’re really going downwards.

Food is alright, nothing to complain about. Servers are Korean so I assume the food is authentic Korean food. I don’t like the ventilation, I smell horrible everytime I go. The combos are pretty good deal(for 4÷6÷8 people). Lunch menu is better than dinner, well priced, and quite yummy.
