Love going in to DAVIDsTEA stores to smell their fragrant teas before buying. This one is conveniently located inside Richmond Centre mall.
Service is really hit or miss here. Sometimes it’s really great (friendly, helpful), but other times it’s pretty aloof. It just depends on who’s working when.
Unlike some other DAVIDsTEA stores, this one doesn’t have any seating area to enjoy your tea in store.

Came by to try more tea.
Parking is plentiful in the parking lot. The closest mall entrance to this location is the one by the food court, in the middle of the mall, towards No.3.
Staff were friendly, and were giving out tea-​infused chocolate samples. Quite good actually. Once again, they were quite helpful in helping me choose one. I had the Organic Saigon Chai, which was quite tasty with milk. It was nice to see that there’s also a cold tea option.
I was quite happy, and will be back at some point.
