My boss and I confirmed the address with them. I confirmed with them that I’m not available until 4 pm, they said its not an issue since they deliver until 8:00They were supposed to get in here and buzz me but never came. Received a call from the delivery man and he said he left it at the wrong location. That was yesterday and there is no news today. Don’t spend a penny on that service. Not sure what the delivery guy do with deliveries. :-) I called them tonight and got the package.

A few days after my birthday weekend, my friend asked if I had gotten«the flowers», because I hadn’t said thank-you yet. This was the first I’d heard of flowers… awkward. I call up the place to set up a delivery time. My name’s not on the buzzer and I’m at work in Vancouver, so I let them know they need to buzz up [boyfriend’s name] and leave the flowers with him. He’s working from home that day, but I send him an email letting him know when the delivery is coming, so that he doesn’t step out and miss them. About sixty seconds after the scheduled delivery time, I’m called up by an angry deliveryman who says he came to my apartment and«nobody was there». This is a big surprise to me, but if the deliveryman says he wasn’t there, I guess he wasn’t there, right? For several minutes I’m apologizing profusely while he’s ragging on me about how much work I’ve caused him, what the **** I expect him to do now, etc. I promise we’ll pick up the flowers the next day. A few hours after this I get an email from my boyfriend saying he’s been home all day and nobody’s buzzed up. Yeah, so the delivery guy was just expecting me to be waiting in the lobby, even though they specifically asked for a buzzer and I gave it to them. WTF.

Wouldn’t recommend based on their weird attitude and unhelpfulness. Had to plan a funeral, which is hard enough already, but to have to 1) approach them instead of being properly greeted and 2) be thrown a thick book of funeral flowers with no offer to help or guidance on packages(they literally threw the book on the counter and walked away), was just too much for me to handle that day. FYI, I also found their prices more expensive for the average bouquet. Better off going to Pricesmart next door for a better bouquet at a lesser price of $ 10. They would rather stare than to offer help and do some business — how ridiculous. Not sure how they’re still there.
