I had the same experience as Ping last Sunday. There are kids everywhere and the staff seem flustered and busy. I don’t know why they bother having a gate… adults and children come and go through it totally unchecked. Anyone could walk in and grab a kid and staff would not notice. This is what we did. Just went in and collected our kids, nobody asked to see our bracelet. It’s the same idea as Adventure Zone on Granville island, but dirtier, more chaotic, less secure and more expensive! Kids loved it… but I would only leave my older children here because I trust them not to take off.

My son loves it. The place is a zoo and packed full of kids. Too bad this energy can’t be harnessed, like Monster Inc. The energy these kids have could probably light up all of Richmond. Parents all zoned out sitting like zombies, probably very tired. $ 9.99 during weekdays $ 11.00 weekends $ 14.99 drop and shop for 2 hours. I chose the drop and shop. Not even sure if I should write this. The staff puts a bracelet on my child and on my wrist, for security purposes. I let my kid in. 2 hours later I went in and took my child out. Staff didn’t notice I went in and didn’t even make eye contact with me when I took him and left the premises. That is Scarry!!! My partner said I was supposed to match bracelets in order to leave. So I went back to the premises and requested the bracelet be cut off. They cut it off without even asking to see my bracelet!!! Very Scarry!!! Will not recommend this place for security reasons. in addition, the children are rude and parking is awful!!!
