The level of communication was not the best. Some emails were ignored. But the photographer is a nice lady who was patient and caring. A few shots were fantastic while the others were ok. I wish we had more time, but it can be hard without the cooperation of babies. I am satisfied with the end product and may return again.

I too made the mistake of purchasing a social shopper voucher for this company. It has taken me months to contact this photographer. I have tried contacting her through Facebook, her company website, making phone calls and texting. SHE WILL NOT return any of my calls. The only time i received a text back was when she asked if it was for a social shopper voucher. She is truly unprofessional and advise everybody to stay away from this photographer. Thank goodness Social shopper with great to give me a full refund … Dont waste your time. There are plenty of great and professional photographers in the lower mainland. This one is not worth your time and money!

I made the mistake of purchasing a social shopper voucher for this company. For starters it took 3 months to get a appointment. When we met for our shoot everything seemed fine. My daughter scratched her cheek just before but the photographer assured me she would edit and Photoshop it out. She then stated it would take 4 weeks for us to get our photos. After 5 weeks I called to find out where they were. It took her 2 more days and then she finally sent me an email which had the photos in a drop box. The problem was that we were unable to print any of the photos. We tried putting them on a disc and on a usb, but neither would work when we went to have them printed. She also did not remove the scratch on my daughters face which showed in almost every picture. The package was supposed to include several prints and 20 photos on a disc. She obviously didn’t want to spend her money paying for postage to do this. After going back and forth several times, she finally refused to return my last text. That is when I involved social shopper and they communicated with her. One week later I received my disc and photos as promised (minus the Photoshop of course). If you are looking for a great photographer to capture precious memories, avoid this company – because you would receive that!
In closing she also offers discounts for people to leave good reviews on Unilocal which is completely unprofessional and shady!!!
