First time going to this shopping mall as well as Lululemon.
Display/​store — nicely kept. Things are easy to find and nicely spaced. Women’s apparel basically starts from the left and is ¾th of the store. The remaining 4th is the men’s in the front of the store. Clearance is always towards the back of the store, while the men’s clearance is in the middle of the store, towards the right. I really enjoy the water and water cups they offer by the back of the store next to the Women’s ankle and long wear.
Service — not too much going on there. Got a few glances but no asking if we needed any help. Dressing rooms seems to be efficient as there was never too long of a line. Check out was fine and dandy. I enjoy the reusable bags they give with purchases.

Finally, a Lululemon store in Richmond! A great addition to Richmond Centre mall. Decent variety of stock here for both women & men, and accessories.
Got a good deal on a new yoga bra in their sale section today! Friendly & helpful staff. Will be shopping here again whenever my Lulu shopping urge next strikes!
