My previous auto body repair experiences have been mainly with the franchise chains. The repairs took too long and the customer service experience was only average. This time I took my car to an auto body shop closer to home. The staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and I felt good about leaving my car there. They were very efficient at getting the work done. My husband and I dropped the car off Saturday just before closing, they called on Monday to tell us how the repair work was coming along and my car was ready for pick-​up Tuesday evening. They did an excellent job. The paint job is seamless and my car looks great. They gave me a courtesy car to use and took care of the ICBC paperwork for me (they’re ICBC accredited). Highly recommended: a great experience and we definitely would go back again.
