We were referred to this laundromat on our travels and it could not have been more useful. It’s located on a major bus route so it was easy to get to. The attendant starts the washing machine for you so you’re not handling coins upon coins — very convenient and quick. She also helped us determine what NOT to wash — we needed some advice on a shirt I had. The washing machine only took 25 minutes and the dryer 30 minutes, so our laundry was done very quickly. While waiting we went to a nearby Chinese restaurant and got some good grub. Our laundry came out very clean since we didn’t overload, and we were able to fold everything conveniently and quickly on a huge table. All in all, speedy and efficient service and the machines were powerful — all you can ask for for a pain-free laundry day. or hour!

My husband and I used this laundromat while we were traveling through Vancouver and it was a pleasant surprise. The laundromat is very conveniently located near a huge drugstore and other markets and restaurants so you can run errands or eat while doing laundry. Also it’s very spacious so you’re not bumping elbows with fellow customers. The laundry system is a bit more hands on than typical coin laundromats but the lady working the counter was very helpful and nice. As per below, they do offer drop off, drycleaning and key cutting services. There is also a little thrift corner in the front. We were traveling so we couldn’t buy anything but it did seem to draw people in — customers and non-customers. They sell clothes, toys, shoes, houseware goods, electronics, etc. Overall, not a bad experience!

We use this laundromat for washing items that are too big and heavy for our washing machine at home. The machines are more expensive to use than at other laundromats. $ 4 for a double load front-loading machine, and $ 9 and $ 11 for the bigger front-loading machines. Some of the machines on them have signs that say that the hot water doesn’t work. All of the front loading machines at the back of the laundromat(not sure about the machines out front because I didn’t check) have signs that say that you have to ask permission before using them. This is because, while the front of the machines state a cost of at least $ 4 to use them, the machines will start with just a quarter. How it works is that the employee will put in a quarter to start the machine and you have to pay them the amount listed. The lady working when we were there declared the machine full before we had finished loading it and closed the door and started it up. If I had planned to use one of those laundry soap tablets, it would have been too late to put it in. They also offer a laundry service as well as key cutting. Oddly enough, the front area, which used to have more machines and a play area for kids, now is now home to a garage sale/thrift shop with mostly old plates, some furniture, and old toys. I suppose this further supplements their profits? I would not use this laundromat if it wasn’t in my area.
