These are really good. Light and fluffy and sweet, but not too sweet. My favourites were the coffee and the cinnamon flavours.
My opinion only, but they open way too late for a place that sells doughnuts and coffee drinks. Hopefully their hours will change in the summer?!

I’ve had these before when a friend dropped them off and from then on, I couldn’t stop thinking about them! The shop is so cozy with awesome décor and the owner of the shop is very friendly. The donuts were delicious, oh my goodness! I got the 20 donuts for $ 10 special and had an assortment of flavors. My favourite was the vanilla bean and Boston Crème donuts! Once you have one, you’re not gonna stop… Guaranteed!

This has to be the cutest donut shop I’ve ever been to, just as you walk in you feel at home with the décor. The staff are so friendly and helpful so you won’t be overwhelmed with decision making. They also have a baker’s special, 20 donuts for $ 10.00. How can you go wrong?
As for flavour, You’ll never have donuts like this anywhere. It’s perfectly fluffy, super packed with flavour too! You must go!

While trying to drive to Vancouver from Bellingham, I ended up in Richmond and decided to walk around the waterfront area. I quickly stumbled upon this shop; I was hungry. Desert first.
I got half dozen — all different flavors, each were fantastic! I don’t have a favorite, all were delicious, but, maybe Boston Crème. These may be my new favorite donuts — I just wish I lived closer!

Delicious mini donuts that are «gourmet» Pretty good but pretty expensive for what you are getting. I don’t think I had one that I didn’t like– but the cinnamon sugar is a classic (albeit you are not getting a good bang for the buck there). Roughly $ 5 for 6, and $ 8 for 12.

Quite possibly the best mini donuts on the planet! We got a mixed box and every flavour was delicious. Service was outstanding. Was walking around and stumbled across this place. Definitely worth a visit!

When someone says mini donuts I think of the ones you get from the fair/​carnival/​midway/​expo (whatever you call it). They’re covered in sugar and grease and the first couple taste delicious, but after about 3 you start to feel gross because of all the grease.
These are not those donuts. Not saying they are «healthy» donuts, but the are delicious, light pockets of donuty goodness. There are several different flavours available, that I believe change daily (this was my first time here so don’t quote me on that). While I was there they had vanilla bean, chocolate, cinnamon sugar, blueberry, key lime, coconut, maple, Boston cream, and Raspberry lemon. There was a deal on that day where if you bought a Baker’s dozen you could get another half dozen for just $ 10 (all together). I thought I’d just get the half dozen for $ 4.50 because I didn’t want too much.
I got 2 key lime, 2 coconut, and 2 blueberry. They were all delicious, the donuts aren’t greasy at all, but very light (compared to other mini donuts you may have had), and the flavours aren’t super sweet. I liked them all, but I think blueberry was my favourite (and I’m not a huge blueberry person).
The café itself is really adorable, with a couple of chairs and a couch to sit at. The owner was a doll, and super friendly. My friend and I chatted with her for a couple of minutes and it’s definitely apparent she’s passionate about her business. This is in a little bit of a tourist hotspot (lots of filming goes on in this area, but nothing while we were there) so I guess it can be busy, but it was pretty quiet the other afternoon. If you’re around the area you definitely owe it to yourself to stop in to Outpost for some mini donuts. Just get the baker’s dozen, cause the donuts are so good you’ll definitely want more than 6.

Great mini donut shop, small bite size donuts in Stevenson next to an ice cream shop and the boat docks. Donuts are a great price if I can remember it was $ 12 for 18 mini donuts with many flavors.

There are TONS of donut shops around town nowaways but Outpost has become extremely popular over the years because it’s one of the VERY few places around that does speciality made mini-​donuts. Small and cute joint with a very passionate owner that has created more than 10 different flavors.
A baker’s dozen goes for 8 bucks but they have a happy hour from Monday — Thursday from 1130-​200 that if you buy a baker’s dozen at regular price, you’ll get a half dozen more for just $ 2 more. My GF and I came in at around 3pm but the lady still let us get the deal because she noticed it was our first time there, what a sweet deal! The donuts themselves are fluffy and not too sweet, we tried all of them and personally I enjoyed the Nutella and Boston cream the best. I’ve always said that Timmy Ho’s needs to make a Boston Cream timbit… but this is the closest thing to that I think I will ever have and that is completely fine with me: P
Worth the hype and worth trying out for sure.

I saw a bunch of cute mini donuts posted on this page on March 6^th, therefore, book marked it. It’s not really on bus route, therefore, I had to come here by car with a friend. Lots of cute mini donuts in a variety of flavors. Shop is hipster trendy but still a bakery none the less. Ultimate guilty pleasure.

Probably my favorite mini donuts place in Richmond. My boyfriend and I were at Steveston Village for PAJOS and icecream. We saw the mini donuts sign and so we stopped by to get ½ dozen of mini donuts. It was less than 5 bucks and we tried almost all the flavors. It was so good and satisfying. My favorites were Canadian Maple and Boston Cream. We would definitely come back! I’m so glad my boyfriend from LA loved it! Also, the owner is really sweet. The service is top knotch! It’s a ⁵⁄₅!

Wow super cute place!
I walked in greeted by a really sweet lady, and the aroma of fresh donuts! I originally just wanted to check this place out wasn’t really craving donuts, but once I entered I need to try these cute mini donuts! I purchased a half dozen chocolate, Boston cream, coconut, lemon, vanilla, and cinnamon sugar. And it tasted delish, soft and fresh the flavour on the top was just right not too over powering. Its was a great little treat. I also learned that she make a mean hot chocolate and homemade marshmallows, which I didn’t have time to try. The place is very cozy, looks like a bakery /​someones living room, with couches and fireplace, man if I didn’t have to be somewhere I’d never want to leave. Great little place if you’re visiting the Steveston area.

These little morsels are perfect for dessert at a potluck or binge night with your bf. They are so cute and come in multiple flavours. Everything from basic cinnamon sugar to Boston cream and multiple seasonal flavours. Only complaint is the icing presentation has gotten a little sloppy over the years but it’s still delish!

This was probably the best places I stumbled upon during my day trip in Canada. The décor was very home-​y and the staff were wonderful.
The donuts are definitely next level tasting. I ordered a bakers dozen with a variety of donuts. It was just like eating fried cake, and surprisingly not saturated with oil. You could definitely tell there was a lot of care put into making these donuts, with each individual donut being frosted and decorated.
Out of the ones I tried, my top three are the blueberry, the lemon jelly and the Boston Crème Pie one, with an honorable mention to the coconut donut.
Also huge plus, they have wi-​fi which is nice for people traveling and want to update their Facebook with pictures of their bomb donuts.
I’m definitely going back to devour some donuts and buying two bakers dozens to bring home.

Incredible donut shop! It was one of the best accidentally find. Hands down the best mini donuts I’ve ever tried! The cute cozy décor enticed me and all of my friends to buy even if we weren’t that hungry for sweets. Each flavor was incredible, my favorite was the Canadian Maple donut. I really appreciate that the customer service was so good! They even offer a strong wifi and as a foreigner with a smart phone, it was like a safe haven. I definitely will return once again, I highly recommend!

I’ve been on a bit of a donut binge lately!
This is a super cute shop in Steveston serving mini donuts. There’s a nice variety of flavors from iced, lemon, chocolate, cinnamon sugar, etc… I think they only do the yeast style.
The service is great and friendly and the fresh warm ones are tasty, but I had some of the flavors sitting out on display and while they looked cute, they were just a-​ok at room temperature, especially at the asking price. I like the concept, but I’ll just wait for the PNE to get my mini donut fix.

They make the most endearingly imperfect looking donuts — not perfectly round or evenly thick the whole way round but I don’t care because they taste unlike any donut I’ve ever had. These honestly taste like fried cake as they should without being greasy at all. Cinnamon sugar was probably my favourite although the ones with sprinkles and the lemon ones were also fantastic.
Their cottage-​inspired interior is so lovely but since it was a nice day when we went, we sat outside. Now that the weather is a bit more grey, I may just cosy up with one of their blankets and a cone full of donuts.
N.B. They’re only open weekends in January — learned this the hard way!

A nice treat to go when in Steveston. You can smell the donuts from across the street. A quaint cozy shop, Outpost makes them right before your eyes. Awesome customer service too! So friendly and helpful!
Anyway, the flavours offered are: vanilla, chocolate, powdered, cinnamon sugar (my personal fave), lemonade, coconut, blueberry, etc… When eaten FRESH, the donuts are light, fluffy and delicious! It’s hard to eat just one. However, when I brought some home, had to toss them at room temp.

This cozy little nook is hidden beneath some stairs, but once found you can find yourself enjoying some delightful mini donuts and hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate).
Upon stepping into this mini donut shop, you are surrounded by the warm and intoxicating smell of sweet batter being fried in a bubble bath of oil. A little overwhelming at first but you eventually get attached to it — literally, you come out of the store smelling like this, even if you’re in there for only a few minutes.
The mini donuts are freshly, fried and then dressed to your liking like the original cinnamon sugar, white powdered sugar or special dressings like chocolate, white or maple icing with sprinkles. Half a dozen is 3.95 and a dozen is 6.95. The donut is soft and light and sends you memories from where you stuffed your mouth as a kid at the local Fair.
With a hot cup of (family secret) hot chocolate, which tasted fine just a little watered down, I enjoyed my mini donuts and the lovely cabin-​like décor and seating area of the store — equipped with old books, a chest, fireplace, flannel, comfy couch, old-​fashioned skates and reindeer antlers.
Unfortunately, there’s only one person working here at a time so if there’s too many people, you’ll have to wait quite a bit but the worker is pleasant and tries their best.
Overall, cozy and lovely place to have a sweet treat!
