Our family used to buy the majority of our furniture from here (Henredon sofas, American Leather sofas, lamps, tables, etc.) We have been by three times in the past few months trying to find good quality bedroom furniture and have noticed this store is not what it used to be. Paramount used to have well built, stylish, quality furniture– not anymore! Some furniture lines they carry now are built in Vietnam, or even worse «Fine» furniture built in Shanghai! They used to have American, English, and Italian styled or built furniture but now just about everything is Chinese. It’s not just us who have noticed what’s happened at Paramount-I’ve talked to several designer friends who won’t go anymore due to the expensive low quality Asian reproductions they are selling now. We aren’t ever going back to Paramount.
