I went here for the first time just yesterday and received terrific service. I had a «fractional» (which I’d never done before) and Mary explained the procedure, was humorous, warm and professional. Thought it was great, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

After my last treatment I had a severe breakout of little white bumps all over my chin, not attractive! I called the shop before it opened and left a message and the second they opened, Mary called.
I explained everything to her and she instructed me to lightly exfoliate and give it some time. Every went away and I had no breakouts from my appointment yesterday!
My hair growth is practically non existent!!! I’m so happy with Profile and have made my 3rd appointment in 8 weeks.

I went for laser hair removal & they gave me 2nd degree burns on my legs & thighs
& 1st degree burns on my chin & neck
They did what they could to speed the healing process & scar removal treatments
However I cannot go back there & I haven’t been able to go anywhere else since! I still have faint scars on the back of my upper & Lower legs fortunately my face is ok. Go at your own risk make sure u ask questions
Regarding the type of laser work machines they use & if they have experienced staff. Though my laser treatment was done by the owner!
