Rice Burger Shop

I saw this food/​drink truck at the Richmond Night Market and had to try it out for myself. This is supposed to be Japanese style. It was okay. I’ve had better at Night Markets. There was another stall last year that had rice burgers (not this one) which was way better as they had a sushi style burger. Sadly they’re not here this year and was hoping for the same here but alias. I am sad. The burger was okay, decently spiced. Against the bun it is a carb overload that will leave you hungry after. I came here since my friend is vegetarian but admits that some real protein would’ve been appreciated instead of having the carb crash half way through. The price was really decent. They do have the pork rice burger which was amazing. Pork on a rice bun = sweet. OMG this was the killer for me and the waist line for my weekly weigh in. Prices were very decent. Cash only.
