Came here with my parents to look for new lights for our home renovations in the future months. Location is easy to find, it is just before Ikea. The place is packed and full of lights, any kind of lights, clocks, chandeliers –big ones, small ones, medium ones, grand ones, you name it. I didn’t really find anything suitable for my bathrooms or kitchen. It appears to me that maybe half of their styles/stock are still from the 1980’s??? Their styles definitely is not trendy nor were they so classic that it is still in style. I did see a few items that I don’t mind getting tho. Their prices are very reasonable and I’m actually surprised at how some of their crystal lights are so cheap with sale tags. Staff is readily available and friendly, occasionally coming up to ask how we were doing. Parking available at front of store. Beware of slippery floor when weather is –zero as my parents were like ice-skating on the pavement while i laughed.

If you’re looking for customer don’t visit this shop. They have pretty selection but the prices are average especially if you are travelling from Vancouver. It seemed to me that every customer is a potential thief to the owner or staff. They followed me everywhere in the store watching me. At one point after showing me some items I was going to buy, the staff said to her co-worker, «Keep an eye on her while I go to the washroom,» in Cantonese, thinking that I didn’t understand as I had only used English with them. I ended up spending $ 126 and it was only when I later looked at the receipt I found that they don’t do refunds and only exchanges within 10 days. They never mentioned this at the store and these items were not even on sale. In addition, they had forgotten to pack an item I had bought so I had to call them and arrange to go back and pick it up.
