Prices are in the middle range even after negotiations. The guys in white coats will try to persuade you with a «buy today» price. I got suckered into that. I paid for teh ultra thin lenses, and when I received one that was thicker than my old«medium thin lenses» of the same prescription I questioned them. They stuck to their guns and said it was what I ordered, and really, what can you say. Really, how can a 50% thinner lense be thicker than a average 30% thinner lense? It’s almost like their policy is no refunds, no exchanges, final sale. I had to walk away disgruntled. $ 300 dollars poorer for a pair of no-name glasses(I realize really bad negotiations on my part…) Guys also didn’t do any adjustments for me when I got my glasses, had to do them myself at home… Most possibly the worst customer service experience ever and it wasn’t like they were busy. There were 3 white coat guys and 1 white coat girl. I was the 2nd customer…

apparently this is the go-to place to ‘wheel and deal’, I’ve heard over the years, best place in Richmond. Seemed pretty friendly & honest enough too; I asked specifically if they had the Acuvues with astigatism today, & she asked how high they were: other places will try to assure you that they have them in stock, but not my prescription ;( They don’t offer eye exams on the spot, which i hear is a good thing. Better to get prescription fr a real eye doctor than simply tossing your glasses to them, more accuracy. Just why do they need to wear those white lab coats? lol
