We haven’t received our order yet, but bringing our fish in, weighing, ordering the different types of flavours and styles off the menu was great! Very friendly help, patient as you learn about the weights and styles. I can’t wait to get our order, it is one of the more expensive places for salmon smoking, but the only place I found locally that does hot/​dry smoke.
