cheap cheap cheap skates. prices are more expensive than any other subway ive been to in the lower mainland. got a steak egg n cheese breakfast sandwich. cost about $ 0.30 more here… thats not the main issue though. the issue that is granting this place a single star is the amount of steak put on my sandwich and the attitude of the sandwich«artist». she put on 1⁄3 of a little white, meat serving tray. i told her its always a bare minimum half of one of those during breakfast but most places still just give a full serving. she said that no the serving is only 1⁄3 of the tray. she offered to add more meat but it would be an extra meat charge. she was quite snooty and rude after that during the remainder of the transaction. also had to ask her 3 times for more lettuce. if someone says«tons of lettuce please», they dont mean 10 pieces of lettuce strips… pathetic subway run by incompetent fools. will drive 10 minutes away just to go to a different location next time. cheap with toppings, bad attitude, more expensive than other subways.

At the encouragement of my good friend(a Unilocal-elite), I am now writing my first official review. Tired of the usual subs and wraps(and now back to a health-food kick), I decided to try a Subway salad for lunch. Subway now offers to make any of their subs into a salad for you. This entails two key modifications: 1. it’s in a bowl, not a bun; 2. the meat is chopped up I am a minimalist so on my sub I go for the basics — turkey breast, lettuce, pickles, honey-mustard dressing, and S&P. On a sub — this provides some sustinance. On a salad — not so much. Presentation-wise, it’s just… sad. But given the fact that I am now staring at an empty plastic bowl — I would say that I am content. Or maybe I’m just hungry. And for $ 6.50 you can’t go wrong, especially if you are someone who goes for«the works» at Subway. Then you would have your money’s worth for sure.
