Can you give something zero stars. I just had their Kung pao deep fried shoe leather on rice for $ 10. Does honesty in anything even exist anymore? Do you food purveyor man have no sense of morality. To serve someone such disgusting over cooked reheated multiple time over chicken you have surely lost all favour for your fellow man.

I always get their veggie fried rice medium spicy. It’s delicious and somehow at the end of the night it always tastes best. I went to the location at pacific centre months ago and they undercooked my chicken when I added it to my fried rice. And the vegetables were not cooked at all. This location however always gets it right. Even in a time crunch with a lineup they always manage to cook everything perfectly and preserve the taste. I’ve been eating at Thai express since before the renos and will continue to do so !

Just had lunch here since I had to stay around richmond center. This place is like a standard food court restaurant. Mediocore food mostly under ten dollars.

I found their Thai food excellent, especially Pad Thai.

The Richmond mall is an interesting place. It is really big, one level, but many fingers. They have recently remodeled it and it now has it’s food court all upstairs. Here you will find many choices and all clean and pretty and new. In comes Thai Express, the photos look good, however it does not live up to that. They were cutting up fresh vegetables in the front for all to see. However the guy that rang me up them went straight into making my food. No hand washing, no gloves. But, the thing that I really don’t like is that it has an odd taste, like not enough spice. It is more like a Mongolian style than Thai! I love Thai food and could eat it everyday. But, I cannot see myself coming here again. Plus, it is not cheap either.
