Poorly stalked shelves make me cry. The clerk yelled at me for paying with cash and the door was broken.

I truly like going to this store for so many reasons, but most of them all relate back to the staff. The customer service is simply outstanding. I’ve seen the assistant manager rush to help an older lady get her groceries out to her car, cashiers fill the cart for someone with a disability without an instant’s hesitation, stockers notice when a customer seems unable to find something long before they’d be asking for help, bakery people stop their work to offer a cookie to a toddler after checking with Momma first, produce workers describe differences in veggies and offer to special order a request, deli and meat clerks provide meal suggestions — it just doesn’t stop. During the warmer weather, the front area is fairly«open air» and the displays become imaginative. I stopped once to talk to an employee who had created a HUGE display with carbonated drink cartons creating the Maple Leaf design, and it was obvious she loved her job and the freedom/trust she was given to make the front a welcoming place. When employees feel good about where they work, it explains why customers will feel good shopping there. Big thumbs up from me :-)

The packed deli meats are well-arranged and laid out., making it super easy to pickup and go. I have seen a fly inside their pastry counter, so I avoid in-store sweets.

This is by far my favorite grocery store! Every time I walk by an employee, they graciously asks how I am doing and if I am finding everything ok! The staff is very friendly, including all the managers! The store is very clean and very well stocked! I buy all my produce only from this store! It is top quality. I love this location!

I continue to be impressed with the customer service at this Save On location. I especially like the produce department where the staff have offered to order me in items as well as check their stock in back for a fresher option. The bakery always gives a cookie to my toddler with a smile. My mom had an unfortunate experience from a young staff member at customer service and put in a comment card. Only a few days later, she received a telephone call from the store manager wanting to apologize and rectify the situation. My toddler loves to put change into the seeing eye dog bank statue and will pet the statue and talk with him while we pay for our groceries :-) And we continue to see Bill, the deaf gentleman stocker, who is always a pleasure to interact with. The lines are quick and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in line — 2 big thumbs way up!
